Jules Verne exhibition in Amsterdam

From 31 March to 2 May 2005, the Dutch Jules Verne Society organizes an exhibition about Jules Verne in the library of Amsterdam, on the occasion of the Jules Verne year 2005.

The exposition will be opened on 2 April, with the following programme:
2.00 pm – 2.45 pm: fragments of the 1989 mini-series Around the world in 80 days;
2.45 pm – 3.15 pm: break
3.15 pm – 4.00 pm: lecture on Jules Verne by Guus Luijters, the author of the biography that is included in the book In de ban van Jules Verne;
4.00 pm – 5.00 pm: sale of books by and about Jules Verne; Guus Luijters signs copies of In de ban van Jules Verne.
